Medium gold. Lime rind and peach pit on the nose. Nice, mid plus weight, good smooth entry, the lime rind gives way to some stone fruit, before returning on the finish. The slight bitterness of the rind aromas/flavours really want food as a foil. Overall, delicious and drinking perfectly.

Medium straw. Lovely fresh lifted nose. Lime and cumquat. A hint of mint. A little nectarine Palate has a rich entry. It bright although not acid. Moderate weight and length. This was a refreshing and modern view of Zind-Humbrecht compared to my previous tastings.

Med. yellow-gold; Very solid, notes of peach pit, yellow apple, slight petrol, quite dry w/just a slight hint of RS, med+ acid, silky, fluid mouthfeel, med+ finish. Really nice, excellent with the buratta and apple, and fois gras, less so with the shrooms and toast. Bacchus w/M,R,W,J,A

Medium to medium deep coppery gold, gorgeous almost savoury nose, spice and substance. Palate literally screams out for an Alsatian onion tart, just a gorgeous wine.

intense and complex nose with notes of hydrocarbon and petroleum, the mouth shows an oily texture where fresh white fruit and clear mouthfilling salinity melt ensemble with some balanced sweetness in the aftertaste. Remarkable riesling, good companion in a Easter Friday so different from usual, looking ahead of covid but still not seeing the light beyond the tunnel
