Has a light golden color. The aroma is small but sharp, with only a light sour note. The flavor is bigger, with good fruit (but not big fruit), some mineral dryness, and a long bright finish.
Tasted between 65–70°F.

I was disappointed in the Albarino. There are some great ones from Paso... Kennith Volk comes to mind. The fruit in this bottle just did not say "Albarino".

Straw color. Nose: Asian pear, mixed melon, and white peach with accents of yeast, sugarcane, white flowers, clove, and white pepper. Medium body on the palate: mixed melon, white peach, and Asian pear framed by honeysuckle, white pepper, clove, and vanilla. Medium acidity. Lingering melon rind, pear skin, and white pepper on the moderate/shorter finish. Blowing off heat, lacking some freshness, and somewhat blunt. Serviceable when very well chilled. Pair with a fried pork chop or serve as an aperitif. Drink now.
