Perhaps not as deep or balanced as other les Fouques bottlings, but plenty bright, mineral, and fleshy. Gained some nice complexity after a night as well.

Nice salmon color. Somewhat fleshy textures yet firm mouthfeel. Firm decent acids. Not terribly complex. Refreshing. I would say 'pleasant.'

Mostly Loire Wines (Weygandt Wines - Washington, D.C.): Crisp and bright yet moderately creamy. Spice and mineral elements are quite complex, some floral and tea notes as well. Delicious, precise, great value.

Still very tasty and enjoyable if probably on the downhill slide.

Bright and lively, but I enjoy the complex mineral and spice elements, which show lots of nuance. Fun rose, but impressive with its spice and earth.
