  This was even better than my last bottle. Incredible smell of cigar on the nose with similar tasting notes as my last bottle. Sad to say that I don’t have any others. I might seek out some additional bottles if I can find them.

  A beautiful pinot with a wonderful nose. Beautiful and smooth with some modest forest floor characteristics. On the palate, I get some spice box, cherry cola, and vanilla. Highly recommended and in a great drinking window. I have had the 2010, 2011, and 2012 recently working through a vertical and this was the best bottle so far. Highly recommended.

  Popped and poured and this is still BIG Pinot juice! Delicious mouth filling bowl of dark cherries / lingonberries with hints of smoke, chocolate, leather and fresh mowed hay.
  Food friendly and can stand on its own before the meal.

  Always one of walts best pinots. Great bright red fruit with layered complexity but not overconcentrated
