  Medium body, lemon juice yellow color, refreshing aromatic, green apples and grapefruits, grassy, herbs and spices, fresh aroma, fresh apples and grapefruits, herbs and complement minerals on the palate, white garden fruits and minerals on finish, citrus on the super long finish, expressive, very fresh and juicy, nice acidity, classic Sauvignon Blanc, extremely food friendly. Well associated with variable sea food and sharp cheeses, fowl is good match also. Serve 7º - 11º. Drink now and next year, perhaps longer (till refreshing completion).
