  Light gold / straw color, transparent. No detectable sediment. It smells like lemon, fig, apple, pear, vanilla, coconut, apple blossom, honeysuckle with leesy yeast notes. On the tongue are hints of Golden Delicious apples, hints of banana, pineapple, coconut, butterscotch and wildflower honey. Moderate acidity. Creamy, buttery medium-light body. Maybe 2 min finish.
