  • Right out of the 'fridge this reminds me of yellow raspberries on the nose. As it warms it takes on more citrus notes, cantaloupe, asian pear and with a large amount of acidity able to be detected through aroma. Very refreshing on contact, juicy white pear, lime and lemon zest abd under-ripe apple show on the palate with strong acidity that rises up immediately and is present throughout. Feels from weight and roundness that it was aged in some oak but I don't know exactly. I really like this. It's not typical of the few white Pinot Noir wines I've had in the past, this is more like a typical white wine in my opinion, but it's something completely different, which I am always in to.

  • A visit to Matello (Mcminnville, Oregon): Grapefruit - tart with slight bitter. Great nervosity and vibe here. Good body, a bit short on finish.
