  I tried this before chilling and it was good but just good. Later after chilling I pulled it out after a wine tasting with friends. Delicious...I just finished it four days later and it was at its best. Wish I had more bottles.

  Delicious...apricot, pineapple, citrus and a light sweetness. Long finish, viscous. Tasting again the following day and it's better than the night before. Still have one more 750 ml and not sure when I'll be opening. Seems like it's reaching it's peak now.

  Delicious, balanced. Citrusy, sealing wax aromas, palate of hints of apricots, ripe apple, touch of almond. medium solid finish. Lovely.

  Low glycerin but more complexity than many sauternes. Besides the usual apricot, there were significant waves of pineapple, cantaloupe and honey dew mellow and brioche. Far from past peak and color was not nearly golden.
