Medium + nose of grass, peach, cream, pink grapefruit, crushed rock. Savory and lean on the palate, medium - body, but sweet fruit on the finish. Drank over 2 days and was much better on day one. Drinking very well as a pop n’ pour right now.

Diner at Paradise Teochew. Typical white bordeaux blend: sauvignon blanc, semillon and muscadelle. Mid honey gold colour. Typical sauvignon blanc grassy note on the nose and palate. Crisp and fresh. Juicy citrusy notes. More mineral than fruit driven. Not much complexity even at 10 years of age. But no signs of decline. Overall an enjoyable wine, and surprisingly good considering the reputation of this vintage.

Tasted blind in a lineup of Bordeaux vs. Australia. Moderate lemon in the glass, which indicates this will offer some form of richness (which I always get excited about in Bordeaux Blanc). Tropical fruit notes come out first, followed by elderflower, green grass and nettle. The palate offers so much more though. Very nice touch of minerality in here to differentiate it from NW Sauvignon Blanc (that you may think about on the nose). Bright acidity highlighting the fruit. Long finish. Probably the best Bordeaux Blanc I've tried to date, so much character.

Light with some greenish apple lemon and earthy apricot; a bit of cork; moderate finish.

During a blind tasting session. Very nutty and oxidative.
