  Tastes of lime and fruit with a bit of petilance. Floral on the nose and a bit of floral character on the tongue. It's very drinkable and enjoyable. Good with veggie sushi and miso soup.
  
  Short finish. The lime overpowers some of the other flavors. Nonetheless, for its price point it is quite good!

  This is a darn good $10 white wine. The flavor profile is almost exactly what we were anticipating for a wine from Gascogne. The nose and the palate have a super expressive, precise, lime that is perfectly executed. The color is very golden. The mouth feel is almost big and rich, yet close to delicate. Nice touch of a chalky earth accent that superbly tones down the considerable acid to keep things balanced and civilized.
