  The wine has medium acidity. It smells like peach and lemon. The wine finishes short. It tastes like lime, acetic acid, lemon and orange. The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The wine has narrow texture.

  Almost clear with a golden yellow sheen. Nose of under-ripe kiwi, gooseberry, a hint of distant Apple cider vinegar, and, most oddly, cedar box. Notes of cedar, sweetly bitter and crisp green apple that lasts through the mid palate before being suddenly eclipsed by the strong minerality and woody finish. The acids are quite strong, perhaps even distracting, and it has too much wood. Regardless, it is very interesting and I really enjoyed it. Caveat: tasted on a Delta flight from Delta to Düsseldorf.
