Really good. Has aged uneventfully and to good advantage. A rounder vintage, more towards mainstream White Burgundy, but excellent. Would drink over the next year or three.

Peach Farm. Fresh and really good. In this vintage there is a mouth coating of butterscotch at the finish but this is still a mouthwatering Chablis rather than a Cote D'or or cali Chardonnay.

K&G's. Very nice, pristine bottle. Depth of fruit together with excellent cut. Just fine with Wellfleet and Cotuit oysters.

No premox, but not the best bottle I've had. Still, good drink with grilled striped bass.

Never a great Dauvissat, this is fine drinking now. Not one to age longer.
