Deep straw colour. ~ Bright Citrus and green apple peel. Some waxy mouthfeel but still crisp and I think a couple times I described as “sharp” but in a pleasant way. Ate Indian curry with it. Med+ acid, good phenolic ripeness, off dry, full body.

Bought 6b from a local gourmet grocer for 8/b 3.5 years ago. Served chilled on a patio with garlicky guacamole and taco chips and crudites with spinach dip on a warm, humid evening. This was delicious! Pretty, light gold color, just off dry to me, very good mouthfeel--a fine complement to the appetizers with lots of flavor. Reminded that some dismiss riesling, thinking they're all so sweet: that's a shame. Stored vertically (screwcap) in a cool, dark basement since purchase. My evaluation: I've stopped giving scores on a "100-point scale" as I've become less convinced that they can be meaningful to others. I use a 4-category scale (perhaps with +/-)--not including flawed--which runs outstanding/notable/drinkable/poor. I consider this notable when considering quality, age, and price.

This was really nice! And a good price point. Off-dry, nice nose with wafts of petrol. Palate of stone fruits, Asian pear. Not a lot of complexity, but very refreshing and easily drinkable. I may have ordered 3 glasses with dinner.

Bartlett pear, grapefruit and musk dominate the nose; the palate reveals razor sharp flavors of fresh lime, ripe pear, and slate. Acidity is spot-on, and the round finish sails on. Terrific qpr.
