Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • No detailed notes. A tasting event standout that cajoled me into bringing a number of bottles home. Unfortunately, this was the last of them as they also enticed me into making short work of them.
The dominant impression is one of sea shell salinity, both on the nose and the palate. Medium bodied and perfectly round in the mouth, an initial impression of melon and grapefruit granita quickly segues to pleasingly tart, acid and mineral tones. Great with food, pleasant on its own. Outperforms its price point easily. Highly recommended.
