Last bottle - cork came out in pretty good condition using ah-so opener. Sadly the bottle was past it's prime, despite being bought from the winery on release and stored impeccably.

Age has been kind to this wine, as there is some nice matured complexity. Nose was full of plum, smoke, spice, and sous bois. Compared to a 2015 Littorai Pivot next to it, this was obviously a completely different wine, showing less power and concentration. I would drink this soon, as it won't improve from here.

After opening a bottle a year ago that was burnt, plummy and rather uninteresting, I was pleasantly surprised to find this bottle in a much better state--broad shouldered but floral, with lift and nuance making what is an essentially powerful expression of pinot more interesting and engaging. To be honest One Acre is not my favorite of the Littorai wines, but this bottle challenged my stereotype of the site. Nice.

Beautiful aromatics with ripe red cherries, floral, and spice notes which evolve wonderfully on the velvety palate and long finish. Held up well to the Osso Buco!

Took this bottle out to a birthday dinner; popped and let sit for 30 or so minutes. Appearance: dark red. Nose - red fruits with a distinct smoky character; on the palate intense almost plummy, with a long finish. This bottle was very different from the last two and not as good; at age 10 could be bottle variation or that we waited too long. Would drink up.
