  No worries that this is from Costco... this is a fantastic wine! Aroma of barnyard, olive brine and dark fruit. Flavors of fresh cigar tobacco. Medium body, smooth and elegant. Finishes with fresh tobacco, brown sugar and dark cherry candy wrapped in balancing tannin. Wonderful.

  Medium ruby. Cherry, raspberry, rosemary and white pepper. Intense fruit along with pronounced spice. Fine tannins, good persistence and finishes slightly hot.

  Don't be put off by the label! Check this out:
  
  From 2014
  Still very tannic from the bottle, and finishes with a powerful cassis finish. Good structure and body. I would lay this down for a couple more years
  
  From 2018
  Ripe red fruit, fresh leather, licorice and baking spice (clove?) in the nose. Medium body, but “dense” flavor a of cassis syrup, black licorice, damp cellar, mulch and fresh tobacco. Long finish of cassis and leather. Wow.
  
  From 2019
  This is fantastic after a few years of age. Aroma of barnyard, olive brine and dark fruit. Flavor of fresh cigar tobacco. Medium body, smooth and elegant. Finishes with fresh tobacco, brown sugar and dark cherry candy. Wonderful.

  My scale: 95 exactly what I want, 90 will buy again, 85 good, 70-80 not my style, 50 not drinkable.
