Some nice, pure, new world Pinot flavors hit you right out of the gate. But overall, this comes across as "hollow", lacking depth, focus, and complexity of flavors. Not bad, but lacked charm for me, and left me wanting. Perhaps needs a bit more time. Tasted over two days.

Anderson Valley in a glass. Not a great or especially complex wine, but everything that makes the appellation distinctive is here in a nice, affordable package.

Dry. Tannins are harsh on the front. Smoother finish (good for Pinot), but not enough fruit or complexity to make it enjoyable. In short, meh.

No notes taken: a medium-light body fruit-driven pinot noit. Dry, red fruits with spice, low tannin, 13.9% abv.
