Fresh, crisp, easy-to-drink, simple, well-balanced, all-good apple-y goodness. No dry-mouth like the 2011 (thankfully). Very competent wine-making rather than the stunning wine-making perfection of Grand Village Rouge 2014. Better on Day 2.

Nice citrus. Clean, fresh, precise with lots of mineral on the finish.
