Vin Italy, 2014. The extra skin contact here really helps to bring out a clean mineral essence that slightly outshines the more subtle fruit and floral qualities - until it warms, a little, that is. Lightest bodied of the trio, with an enjoyably sapid finish. More to my liking than the Derthona in this vintage. 100% stainless, from younger vines. 14,0% abv. recommended
