fine and complex, delicate but structured, tart and sweet at the same time, lemony and toasty, educated oak, green lime, mineral finish. Better the first day but outstanding even after. First-class villages with still some years ahead. In a hot and wet evening at Chiavari before a we with no lights on

Both sweet and tart orchard fruit aromas and flavors. Impressive depth and layers of flavor for its level. Even better now can when lady tasted 5+ years ago, this will drink well for at least another 5 years.

Delicate but structured with a fine longevity on the palate, lemony and toasty oak that flit around each other toward a very slight twinge of acidity at the finish. Felt like the right time to open it.

From a collector who didn't want it any longer. I say OK. 2013's are drinking great right now. Taut acidity, lemon curd/lemon merangue, generous comfortable oak, and excellent zippy finish. We gave it about 2hrs of air, & it showed wonderfully. Out punches others in the C-M village game. Drink or hold.

Great village. Just the right balance of butter and pastry with green lime and citrus. Palate has great balance, with lemon custard cream that then segues into a mineral flecked finish. Sealed under normal cork, and boy was it knackered! Soaked to more than 3/4 to the end but luckily not a trace of oxidation in the wine. I may have dodged a bullet here!
