Half bottle that was in my cellar for more than 10 years. I really like evolved champagne and this one did not disappoint. Very nice nose, a bit of citrus, chalk and buttery biscuits. The bubble is refined, tamed, nice acidity and ok length

This was singing last night with smoked salmon. Focused and fresh with good weight a classic NV cuvee. way Better than the sparkling wines I had lately. 12%.

Pouco expressiva, pouca perlage na taça apesar de presente na boca. Pouco aroma de tostado e pão característico

Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Easter Edition 2024 (Asperg): From a Magnum somewhere disgorged around 1990. Beautiful balance, nice mousseux and still quite lively. Round and harmonious.
