Dunkles Goldgelb, dezente Perlage. Offene Nase, top komplex, dezente Oxidatoon; Apfel, Aprikose, Nüsse, Quitte, Zitruszesten, Rauch, kühler Stein, ein Gedicht. Dichter Gaumen, top Säure, wunderbar gereift jedoch nicht müde wirkend, der Wein hat Struktur, Balance und zeigt im Abgang eine grandiose Länge. Grosses Champagner-Kino.

LBC0220, 10 FEVRIER 2020. Needs significant air but what a beauty, rich, mouthful with great cut. Light apple cider and so much volume. 94+

Disgorged 27th of January, 2017. has some red fruits on the nose along with ripe apple, peach skin and chalk. The palate is intense and vinous. There's citrus rind tartness and such great presence. The finish is super saline and drives on and on.
