Bright, pale yellow. Green apple, white flower, and matchstick reduction. Light body, soft texture balanced by crisp acidity, with flavors of apple and citrus. Finishes with suggestions of apple and minerals.

Nose and palate show top style of Burgundy. Nice greenish notes, white flowers and creamy soft texture. Maybe lighter body. Appealing minerality. Early maturity stage of wine. On par with top neighbors.
I thought of Ch-M. Showed very well even after Benvenue-Batard-Montrachet tasted blind a few rounds before.

Pale, bright yellow. Significant reduction renders the nose difficult to assess, but beyond the matchstick there is apple, white flower, and an appealing minerality. Light bodied, crisp, finishes with persistent flavors of apple. Drink starting 2020.

Matchstick reduction and green apple on the nose. Round on the palate, balanced by crisp acidity. The funk noticed on my previous bottle seems resolved into that classic PYCM integrated reduction.

Rather quiet, low key St Aubin. A bit reductive but then opens, white floral quality. Not the usual intensity of PYCM. Good but not great.
