Citrus nose of orange rind, unripe pear, and hints of lemon. Very light bodied. Strong, tingling grapefruit and orange flavors. Racy acidity. I drank it with spinach ravioli with alfredo sauce, but I bet it would pair even better with Chinese food (sesame chicken, etc).

The nose evolves - starts off with green apple and a little citrus and wet stone. Later, some peach, melon, floral, almond. Delicate, medium+ acidity. Finish is medium, creamy, and has a little bitter herbal/almond note. Nice, easy drinker.
