  Rich, tannins completely resolved and integrated, but not a lot of acidity here within an hour or two of opening. Delicious on the first day, but soft, and somewhat atypical for a Barbera.
  
  I enjoyed it, I am not sure I would hold if I had another bottle of this. But I bought my bottle at a retailer's in May 2017

  Great, matured Barbera. Deep, dark, red color. Rich, dark, fruit fresh off the bottle. The underlying structure and the acid comes through after several minutes and receded again the next day. Earthier on the second day. I think the 2010 Campolive that I had a few years back had a bit more acid, was a little more harmonious. This one is also very good though. Quite enjoyable. Went really well with the pizza. But I am not sure it has the stuffing to go another 2 years.

  Relativ kühle Nase, Hollunderbeeren, Zwetschgen. Am Gaumen sticht erst die perfekte Balance hervor, ohne glatt oder langweilig zu wirken.
  Auch eher kühler Charakter, wieder Hollunderbeeren, etwas Johannisbeere, tolle Minze im Finale. Tragende Säure und gut eingebundene Tannine - ein toller Barbera! Ja, in bester Reife!
