  Medium straw in color, this wine showed muted notes of honeydew melon, grapefruit and cut grass on the nose. The mouth feel brought firm acidity but also brought a bitter, sour fruit element, reminiscent of overripe lemon. The finsh was short and uneven with the subtle sour notes interrupting the citrus and grass notes.
  
  Purchased for $9.50US, this was not a very enjoyable bottle of SB. Paired with fresh chevre, rolled in herbs, the sour citrus notes took away from the brisk acidity.
