Honeysuckle, citrus and orchard fruit notes with an underlying mineral quality. Full-bodied and layered, with flavors of that mirror the bouquet. There's good underlying acidity and it finishes nicely. The nest of the double blind whites and one I wouldn't mind drinking again.

This is really good stuff easily earns 90 points the finish is creamy just the appropriate acid the fruit is elegant but also precise peach skin nectarine tangerine with a nice hit of elderberry there is an overall nuttiness the nose has some insence and honeysuckle and brown spice very good

I can't claim to have drank much Roussane. A few CDP blancs and some white St. Joseph, so this was more of an experiment wine. It has a nose filled with floral notes, hazelnut, marzipan, apricot, and ripe peach. The palate is rich, ripe, mouth filling, and almost viscous. There is just enough acidity to hold it together. This is definitely a heavier bodied white with lots of flavor. It's not quite my style, but I still enjoyed it. If you like Cali chardonnay this would probably be a nice change up right up your alley. If you like super crisp Sancerre, probably not what you want, but I think good enough to try.
