Wine for the starter of a very nice St. Nicholas menu. Brussels sprouts soup with prawns. Perfect match for me, the others thought, a Weissburgunder (without oak) would have been better.
Great with pan seared sea bass. Drinking before food arrive was not so great.
I completely agree to BACCHUS notes. No need to add / change things.
