  Big nose full of tropical fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, apples and some buttery notes. But also some fresh lemon and even hints of minerality. Fat round body with a tart palate, medium acidity and a distinct bitterness. Like a mash up of new world Riesling and Chardonnay
