  Black cherry, vanilla, and lots of bell pepper on the nose. Black cherry dominates the attack. Vanilla, allspice, cherry on the mid-palate. Bell pepper and black pepper on the finish. Medium-bodied, long finish. After an hour it is starting to fall apart into just cherry and oak. If you have it, drink and enjoy!
