palate:beautiful integration.swith some air show some density on the mid palate.long savoury finishing.one dimensional secondary n tertiary notes due to lack of more primary character support..commendable acidity.
Clear, medium/dark garnet, legs. Initially very green (wet leaves and bell pepper), but this blew off to some extent, to reveal plums, blackberries, earth, minty herbs, tobacco, leather. A rounded and supple mouthfeel, with medium acidity and medium(+) but fully integrated tannins. Soft dark fruits, earthy and minty notes on the palate. Medium(+) finish. An aged claret that out-performed expectations for its vintage. This wine was smack in the middle of its drinking window, if anything, already past the crest and coming back down. Drink up and enjoy now.

Appearance was clear, medium garnet. Aromas of tea leaves, tobacco, graphite, pencil shavings, cherries, plum, leather, bell pepper. On the palate, was dry, medium high acidity, medium+ tannin, medium+ finish, with flavours of cherries, blackberries, blueberries, plums and vanilla. Long finish.

Tim + Ching Birthday 2016 (Extra Space): Appearance is clear, medium intensity, garnet colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of spicy red and green bell peppers, earth, leather, cedar. Developed. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (12.5%), smooth fine resolved high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of bell peppers, earth, leather, mint, cedar, rich sweet blackberries. Long finish. Very good quality. An elegant nicely aged Bordeaux. Yes this is green, but somehow I actually didn't mind. Commendable as this is an off-vintage. Drink up and enjoy.

Red ruby in colour, sweet mineral nose with a hint of sweet fruits and mint! Smooth palate which echo the mineral nose nicely! At 21 years old, still quite fresh! Perfect mature claret for Roast Beef
