Somewhat tight upon opening. Let breath in bottle for couple of hours and let it warm up from fridge temperature before serving. Floral nose with slight citrus and caramel. On the palate beautiful bouquet of toast, butter and various nutty flavours alongside some apricot and pear. Round and full with a long lip smacking aftertaste. Well balanced with still enough acidity. Not sure for how long the acidity will keep it together though and would therefore drink this rather sooner than later. Preferred it on day 1. Drank wonderfully with scallops, excellent!
