Secured under traditional cork. Intense gold in colour with talcum powder on a quite retiring nose. Zesty taste, with apricot, lime and honey flavours predominant. Really strong through the mid-palate, and finishing with a lingering intensity that is very pleasant indeed. Faded relatively quickly once opened.

Screw cap. A whiff of sulphour for starters. Typical for this producer: Dried fruit like abricots and apples. A little bit of honey, I guess due to a touch of botrytis. Not your light and fizzy kabinett that drinks like lemonade, but very enjoyable nontheless. Would love to try this with a spicy Moroccan tajine. Very good QPR and always a safe buy. Drink or hold.

I think these were meant to be consumed younger. Typical classic petrol nose, but no fruit left at all. Not sure how to best describe it, but it was sweet, but with no fruit.

Stony and creamy nose. Tart lemon with some underlying sweetness. Good acid and a very nice long finish.
