  Medium ruby, freshly acidic and showing earthy raspberry, coriander and clove on the nose and palate, this is a wine which needs some short-term cellaring to sort itself out. While never offensive and always enjoyable, there is a hint of "dirt" in the middle that does not let go thereafter (all the way through the medium length finish). Medium-bodied, freshly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (13.9%) and with medium sweet tannins, this wine is simply misunderstood at the present time. Give it a year or two. Drink 2016-2021.
