  The basic facts say that this is a great deal...
  
  blanc de blanc, grand cru, cramant and a killer price...
  
  Unfortunately not so much...
  
  Upon opening immediately not so much gas but diam cork is fine.
  Bouquet is very subtle but seems promising, hints of yeast and subtle minerality.
  First sip some disjoint artifical feeling and bitter aftertaste. All tasters agreed its eather flat and devoid of fruit.
  
  Ok...
  
  Cooling it down a bit more and giving it some additional time it improved a little but still bitterness lingered on.
  
  Only at the last 1/8 of the bottle the wine breathed enough to reveal some gooseberry notes.
  The taste improved slightly but besides everything integrated a little more overall some unpleasant bitterness stayed.
  
  Everytime I was afraid to take another sip...
  
  Producer sells it for 16€
  In shop for 23€
  
  I would skip it in any case...
