  Honeyed golden color, with a bouquet of graham cracker and smoky vanilla-laced pears and apples. Full bodied, with intense flavors of pineapple, poached pear, delicate spice, and caramel cream notes in its fresh, well-delineated character. Rich and generously mouth-filling , with a crisp acid note on the compelling finish.

  Aromas/flavors of flowers, oak, and white fruit. 100% new french oak and Spring Mountain fruit produce a very complex and full chardonnay with potential to age. Good acidity provides balance and a long, lingering finish. Only 825 cases made and at a release price of $25 this is a tremendous bargain.
