  Shade deeper; broad, expansive nose, flint, saline; quite rich, tropical hints. Plenty on the finish. Drink soonish.

  Lovely wine. Fully mature but still in great nick. Light colour. A touch of exotic fruit with the pear and apple. A honeyed richness to the fruit on the palate but there is a lovely line of lemon acidity to keep things fresh.

  My favourite wine amongst a group of mainly red Bordeaux. Positively opulent for a Chablis, full bodied with great intensity and length.

  Light golden yellow. Very open and welcoming. Decanted for one hour ahead; easily held over the next two. Rich but very good acid adding balance. Long finishing flavors dominated by orchard notes. Superb.
