At The Fulton by Jean-George’s NYC. Heap loads of acidity and minerality, certainly punches above a Villages. From 2 plots adjacent to La Forets. More bright fruits shown through with air time. Quality.

Clean and balanced, classical waxed lemon and wet stone aromas many Raveneau wines have. Inside its drinking window but will probably develop more complexity still.

I’ve not had much success with 2013 Chablis. However, this is a really decent effort. Took about 90 mins to open up. Blossomed with time. I wish I had decanted this as the best glass was the last. Salty, minerality and oyster shell on the palate. Quite intense. Touch of spice, pepper on the palate. Citrus notes. Nice texture. Really lovely bottle.

This wine has super balance with citrus aromas combined with typical chablis saline notes and wonderful minerality. The best village chablis I have ever had.
