This bottle wasn't quite as good as the one we had in July. Light intensity, garrigues really comes through. Mixed with some raspberry fruit. Nice acidity and light tannins.

Third bottle this week. Best yet. Less garrigues and more dark fruit, earth and coffee. Balanced finish.
Delicious with Croque Monsieur and alone.

this is really good. Clear medium red. Bright exotic blackberry nose. Pure fruit with a hint of earth. Delicious ripe flavours and a rich finish.
I think this could improve ripe but balanced by acid and light tannins.

2012 Cotes du Rhone (Weygandt Wines - Washington, D.C.): Deep nose of plums and soil. Palate shows blue and red berry fruit, along with pepper and loam. Pretty and plush and approachable.

Higher toned floral nose with sweet tart berry fruit, nice dry finish; very drinkable for such a young CdR.
