Nose: Flinty orchard fruit, florals, saline and lemon curd. Touch of toasty oak. Palate: Ripe and roundish, but has tense acidity to balance. Well balance and saline palate with mineral, honeycrisp apple and some sweet toasty mallo notes. Finish: Good acidity. Excellent with stone crab and mustard sauce tonight.
New producer for me, and I will seek out this Vaudesir again.

Domaine Louis Michel visit (Chablis): Tasted at Domaine. This one is more subtle, delicate and feminine than Forets or MdT. Actually it has a remarkable floral aromas you don't find in the others. Surprisingly rounded and thin on palate, it's easy to drink although it carries enough acidity and a mineral finish.

Great acidity, salinity and just a touch of honey. Wishing I had more.
