  Popped and poured. This pinot didn't need much air time and definitely was approachable within minutes of being in the glass. This pinot exhibited a dark garnet color leading to a dark ruby tinge. On the nose, scents of black cherries, fig, and strawberries were the primary players with hints of vanilla and earth in the background. On the palate, lush flavors of dried cherries and strawberries filled the mouth leading to a silky smooth finish of vanilla and more cherries. Another reason why Sonoma Coast pinot's are starting to grow on me. HS92

  Elegant big pinot. Provides aromas of blackberry, black cherry and earth. Incredible flavor profile that starts with blackberry, strawberry, cola and finishes with black cherry and vanilla. Long, sweet finish of 30+ seconds. This wine delivers everything I love about "true" Sonoma Coast Pinots and that is why I believe that this region delivers Pinots that can rival those of Burgandy. Excellent boutique Pinot with only 327 cases made.
