  Last bottle of the case. Pale lemon. Medium + intensity nose of ripe fruit - candied lemon, yellow apple, honey, nuts, white blossom, hint of smoke. Fully developed. Fresh acidity balances the fruit, but it is quite rich on the palate. Medium+ finish. Mature chablis drinking very well now.

  Similar note to last tasting in April 2020. This is drinking nicely but isn’t getting any better. I’d suggest drinking up sooner rather than later.
