Not a detailed note, but this was lovely with tofu bulgogi style. Crisp sweet and delicious on the palate, classic aromas of petrol, white flowers, and stone fruit. Driving acidity on the long finish.

Popped and enjoyed over 4 days. This was great on day 1 and held up well over the four days. Classic Prum styling with a light texture but somehow managing awesome depth and acidity. Gobs of honey and stone fruit. I didn't realize 2013s could achieve these heights. This was super.

Medium yellow. Aromas of apricots, lilies, honey, and gasoline. On the palate, medium sweet and richly flavored , great acid drive and purity of fruit with a herbal note, full bodied with an everlasting finish. Beautiful tension and balance. 7.5% alcohol.

Deep straw. Real complex nose with an overall flintiness, some petrol undertones, lychee. Lively on the palate but very textured, with layered flavors and an herby spiciness. Paired very well with Epoisses. Real nice.

This is pretty good. Very very pure fruited, grapes, but a drying finish. Better on the first night but still decent on the 3rd.
