  1/2 bottle. what an absolute pleasure to drink this from half bottle. Rich and intense but with plenty of chablis character and minerality. I don't see Droin getting much love but am always happy with his wines. This may be slightly richer than many Chablis, but hard to see any chablis lover not liking this. Will look out for more at good QPR.

  A very enjoyable wine which was particularly good with chicken. Tasted with cheeses and charcuterie, it is compatible with most foods.
