Enjoyed over many hours as part of a vertical. Mineral, flinty, firey, struck match, savoury, caraway, pumpernickel, though perhaps a touch sweet compared to the Prevost Fac-Similie tasted alongside.

It was a sultry experience with M/M MaximusT. The bottle opened with its trademark celebratory cherry pop. As the evening wore on, it followed with sexy red fruit that tickled the tongue and on... Also, the wine paired beautifully with "kitchen snacks" of foie gras with cherry, smoked salmon terrine and an otoro with caviar. It proved a multi-sensory experience.

Dark amber. Firey, smoky nose of burnt caramel, citrus and pumpernickel. Burgundian palate, strawberry, hawthorn. Decadent, hedonistic, life affirming, champagne.

Med. ruby rose color; powerful, good fruit/mineral mix, mineral nose, light strawberry, good finish. Despite the above, this didn't show well to the group and tied for last place w/the Celebris rose! DD Rose Champagnes blind at Grand Harbor.

Vibrant and energetic. Has good bubbles and fresh taste of red berries and a hint of mineral.
Had it to crab, shrimps and prawns, tasted excellent.
Super easy to drink champagne, youthful but yummy energetic and livley.
