Well made if rather generic. This is not the kind of wine I would pay much for, certainly not $20-25. It's fun as a curiosity. I think it is one of those grape varieties that are more interesting as an old vine with reduced yields in the right soil. A bit like run of the mill Grenache noir without the raspberry and cracked pepper. Some mild cherry and earthy herbal scents.

Not great. I bit thin and sweet. Had a very nice nose, but the taste was a bit disappointing. Will wait and hope the next vintage is a little better.

Light, not real sweet, very enjoyable even before dinner.

Red fruit and earth notes, crisp finish. Somewhat thin and metallic.
