Bone dry Riesling, tropical fruit, lemon, and kissed by a hint of Viogner. This wine was perfect throughout the 6 days it was open. Wish there were more.

Lovely translucent light gold color. Very nose filling aromas of lemon and fresh apricot, with hints of guava and pineapple. The sip begins with a slight spritz, which lessens as the glass is swirled, and moves on to an acidity which is rounded yet still refreshing, and a pear skin flavor. The overall texture is most definitely caressing. The swallow coats the throat and last for 4 minutes. Overall, complex and excellent, but more subdued, softer, and less vibrant that it was before, suggesting that this last bottle is past its peak.

Parsley, dill, full bodied and heady. The acidity has mellowed here, it is fully ready to drink. The tart note of FX Pichler is again showing here. There's mountain ash as well as other enticing fruits on the palate. Pleasantly caressing on the palate.

Medium yellow color with a nose that had a bit of maple syrup on it. Bone dry, but flavors a bit muted, likely mild TCA.
