Enters the mouth faintly sweet, mildly textured, and a bit bland. But amazingly improved after being kept open for a week. Very aromatic, caressingly textured, spicy, mouth coating, and delicious.

Pale yellow color with a citrus nose. The sip features sweet spices, good acidity for a Gewurztraminer, and a modestly caressing texture. Delicious by itself and excellent with a host of spicy foods. Lacks only the unctuous richness of the greatest Gewurztraminers from Alsace.

So aromatically powerful that the vivid aromas can be smelled from a glass held a foot under the nose. A gleaming gold color, with aromas of apricot, rose water, lychee, macadamia, coconut, and vanilla. Both the sip and swallow are round, plush, mildly acidic, and a sweetly spicy cinnamon. On the dry rather than dessert side, using aging on lees rather than residual sugar to achieve a textural richness. Carries its 15% alcohol well, without any burn.

Whoa, the nose is loaded with honey and flowers, uber ripe, viscous, obvious botrytis, alcoholic, granite; reminds me of an Alsatian Grand Cru Gewurz;
