Nose is floral, rich, creamy melon with touches of grapefruit and honeysuckle. Palate is the same with a noticeable sweetness that is easily forgotten as the first glass empties. The mild acid and tartness balance the sweetness fairly well. You better meter yourself with this wine because you'll want to drink lots of it.

Norwegian Cruise Line by the glass list (quick impressions) (Jade): Typical gooseberry on the nose and zing on the palate. Very unidimensional and quite boring. Medium finish of gooseberry, citrus, and not much else. A bit less exciting than your average inexpensive prototypical NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Okay.

Much rounder and softer than the 2015. Asparagus and tomato leaf are pretty dominant with not much fruit coming out. Long finish.

Straight forward and pleasant. Medium fruit with nice balanced minerality. Average finish.
