  Floral duft med sursøte lyse rødbærstoner. Snev av anis og fennikel. Veldig ren og elegant i munnen med samme aromabilde. Freisa på dette nivået, kan minne om 1er fra Cote de Beaune fra god produsent. Medium tannin. Lite tegn til modning. 90p.

  Drinking with leftover Christmas Porchetta, Polenta cooked in chicken broth, and green beans almondine. This wine is mature now with notes of its age starting to creep in. Darker fruit notes than most Vajra Nebbiolo wines. The tannin is fine and well integrated. The acids are in balance leaving a slightly mouth-drying finish with dinner. Delicious. I don't think we'll be waiting too much longer to drink the 2nd bottle. Our score ranges intersected at 90, one of us 89-90, the other 90-92.

  Still pretty good, but this is loosing some of it’s charm and should be finished sooner than later.
  Still some nice fruit and nice acidity, but not the depth it had in earlier bottles.

  Full body, mature ruby color. Starts with elegant red fruits but continues with black pepper, herbs and flowers aroma through short aeration. Cherry and red currants palate, long spicy finish. Rich and complex, still very fresh and juicy, well balanced, lovely berries acidity and ripe tannins. Food friendly, best match is antipasti and Mediterranean salads. Open about half hour ahead. Serve 17º - 22º. Drink now and next couple years.
